SQL Error : Saving Changes Is Not Permitted. The Changes You Have Made Require The Following Tables To Be Dropped And Recreated.

This article will show you how you can prevent saving changes is not permitted, the changes you have made require the following tables to be dropped and recreated. So we will learn to remove or over come to this error.

First we will login to our sql server.

Now we will try to alter an already created table.

Now try to save the altered table . If you are getting below mention error.

On that case follow the steps and fix the issue

Step 1: Open SQL Server Management Studio

Step 2: From the file menu, choose Tools -> Options

Step 3: From the left menu, choose Designers

Step 4: Un-check the box entitled Prevent saving changes that require table re-creation

Step 5: Press OK to save the changes

Now try to save the table you will be able to save the table.
